
Born and raised in Melbourne, Caitlin’s life has heavily featured sport with twenty years of participation in Calisthenics, and three years with Netball. The importance of sustainable physical activity, effective treatment of sporting injuries, and wanting to help others has been the catalyst to Caitlin’s interest in Osteopathy and mobility of the human body.
Seeking a career in Osteopathy, Caitlin completed her studies at Victoria University where she has been awarded her Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). Since becoming a qualified Osteopath, Caitlin has additionally attained her dry-needling treatment certification.
Caitlin is passionate about helping her clients become the best versions of themselves through achieving their health and sporting goals, overcoming injuries, and putting in place proactive measures to reduce the chances of injury recurrence in the future. Her professional experience includes working closely with local football clubs, marathon runners, power lifters and dancers to create personalised preventative and rehabilitation programs for athletes, tailored to their lifestyles and individual goals.
When she isn’t treating in the clinic, Caitlin enjoys running and competing alongside her local calisthenics team and getting outdoors on hikes and trail-walks.
